PAST SHOWS
Estate of Madness
Unfathomable Horrors’ maiden voyage, the playwriting debut of Calvin Lane & Grace King.
The play was conceived, written, cast, memorized, and transformed in a six week period in a labour of love for Sault Theatre Workshop. Production began September 2024 and premiered October 27th - 31st 2024.
The plot features Elliot, a grizzled Vietnam veteran returning home to his abandoned family home only to discover unfathomable horrors inside.
The cast featured Nathan Belanger as Elliot, Jamie-Lynn Garside as Mallory, Pharaoh MacInnes as Otis, and Symphoni as Hilda.
The Tragedy of Macbeth
Unfathomable Horrors’ first fully self-produced show, William Shakespeare’s brutal classic, The Tragedy of Macbeth
The group rehearsed for three months from June to August for a August 27th - 31st run.
The run was an incredible success for our young group, having quite an impressive turnout and meeting some shocking faces in the audience.
The cast featured Nathan Darlow as Macbeth, who delivered the entire play in a haunting Scottish accent.; Rebekah Moran as Lady Macbeth, who undertook the same wild request
The show also featured the first live swordfight choreographed by Calvin Lane, it was the final battle between Macduff (Logan Frech) and the tyrant himself (Nathan Darlow). “It was wonderful“ - Calvin Lane
The Cabinet
The show that never was, written and directed by Calvin Lane.
Production was forced into a grinding halt in October of 2025 due to issues with the venue. The show will see the light of day. These are the existing photos of the set.
Ahti Saadytonta is a private investigator in Saint Mourne, Ontario. He’s investigating the disappearance of Lillian Moreau, a young woman who’s seemingly vanished into the blue. The investigation leads him into the darkest recesses a human can experience.
The Repairer of Reputations
A Thrilling adaptation of Robert W. Chambers’ first tale from The King in Yellow, the first part in a four part series exploring the horrific world created in 1895. Adapted and Directed by Calvin Lane
We were excited to debut this show in November 2025 within the Piecing It Together Pop Up store, we had one month to assemble the entire performance.
The cast featured Calvin Lane as the Narrator, Nathan Darlow as Hildred Castaigne, Nathan Belanger as Mr. Wilde, Het Patel as Hawberk, Ariel John-George as Louise, and Grace King as Constance Hawberk.
The set was unique given the incredibly small venue we worked in, a static set with a ninety photo slideshow was used to give the feeling of an immersive old New York.
